- What is your payment term?

In most cases we do not ask you to pay before your job is finished. You pay only once you receive the completed images and are completely satisfied with the result.
- How do you provide that low cost services?

Working from low labor cost region India, where we consist a group of highly skilled DTP professionals, we are able to offer that much lower cost services. Our professionals can also work very fast while maintaining the top quality work.
- How do you guarantee 100% accuracy in your work?

In Vector Image India we care about the quality of our products. All the DTP professionals we have got are highly skilled in what they do. Moreover, after your images(s) is completed, it is reviewed/checked for at least 3 times by our quality control staff consisting of highly skilled DTP professionals before sending to client.
- How do I pay you?

We accept payment with Paypal so you can pay with your Paypal account, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Solo, Direct Debit etc. You can also transfer money to our UK bank account and for UK customers a cheque may be sent to our UK office.
Once a batch of image is completed, we send you an invoice which contains our bank details along with a payment link where you can click on to make the payment online. You can also see/pay your invoice(s) by logging into your account at any time you want. - Can I pay weekly or monthly for your service?

Yes, if you send us regular work, we don't ask you to pay on completion of each job, instead you can pay weekly or monthly. In that case each time you place an order, we make entry to the invoice with all it's details including date, batch number, quantity, job description, price etc. So when you make the payment, you can take a look at it to see whether or not everything is fine.
- What happens if I am not happy with your completed images?

We are committed to provide Customer Satisfaction at all times. Thus, if your image does not meet your expectations in any way, which we don't expect to happen, we will make any revisions needed to satisfy your requirements. All revisions are completed quickly and are free of charge until your image meets the specifications that you requested when ordering.
- How do I send and receive my images?

We have tried our best to provide as easy and flexible upload/ download options as possible. You can send and receive your images in three different ways.
- Our online uploader. It is a very fast uploader that allows you to upload, download, re-size, rename, move, delete folder or files etc. You get access to it by logging into your account.
- FTP account. If you are familiar with FTP, just send us a request for an account, we will create it for you as soon as possible. You can also use your own FTP account if you prefer. In such case simply let us know your login details and we will collect your images automatically.
- Email. You can also email us your images if they are within your email attachment allowance limit which is usually 10-20 MB.
- Do you have any minimum order requirement?

No, you can send any amount of image you want. We appreciate your business and try our best to provide as easy and flexible service as possible.
- What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time depends on the complexity level of the image and the quantity. We deliver most jobs in 24 hours but if you send say for example 5 or 10 image, we may deliver within a couple of hours. We also take care of our client's urgency, so if you have any urgent job, just let us know and we will put high priority on that to finish ASAP (without adding any extra fees). We let you know the turnaround time along with the quotation once we receive your request and images.
- What maximum file size can I send you?

There is no limitation on the file size. You can send us as large file as you want. However, our online uploader has a limitation, it does not allow any file upload which is more than 64 MB, but you can upload as many file as you want at once and there is no limitation on the total file size. If you have any image that is more than 64 MB please contact us and we will give you FTP access to your account so that you can use FTP client to upload them.
- What file type can I send you?

You can send us any type of file, whether it would be GIF, JPG, TIFF, PSD OR EPS.
- What format will the completed files be?

It depends on your end requirement. We can provide almost any format you want e.g. EPS, AI or PDF. Let us know what format and version you require and we will arrange that for you.
- Will my images be used for commercial purposes?

Absolutely not. We are committed to our clients not to sell, distribute or share any of their images/information to anyone without their consent, except only the free trial works that we may use into our website as our work sample which you can also stop by sending us an email.
- Are my images secure with you?

Yes, 100%. All of our personnel are signed on a non-disclosure bond that they will not take any image out of the workplace and not use or sell in any situation. Our equipments are also protected by firewall for both inbound and outbound security and we have the latest anti-virus protection in all computers.
- Is my FTP account secure enough?

Yes, we create individual FTP account for each individual customer with their unique username and password. Only you and ourselves get access to that account.
- How do I send when I have thousands of images?

If you think it is not possible for you to send through internet using FTP or our web based uploader, then you can copy all files into DVDs or a hard drive and send directly to our production site, contact us for the address details. Once the project is completed we can either send the images back to you by coping them into a hard drive or DVDs (negotiable).
